Lady Gaga : Born this Way?


Jamie's co-authored case study on Lady Gaga titled 'Lady Gaga: Born This Way?' has been featured in the
Financial Times.

The case is written with Joerg Reckhenrich, a colleague at Antwerp Management School, and Dr. Martin Kupp of ESCP Paris. The case discusses the career of Gaga, providing rich material that allows a classroom analysis of her career through the lens of business theory. 



 
Nespresso : What next?

Another recent case study with Nader Tavasolli and Mark Collins titled 'Nespresso: What Else' describes the phenomenal success of one of the world's most prestigious and profitable coffee brands.
